As the Executive Vice President of Training and Implementation, April will be leading Crystal Clear’s National Training Team and be traveling across the United States to work on the front lines of client practices.

April has over 20 years of experience in the aesthetics industry consulting for hundreds of plastic surgery practices throughout the U.S., Canada, and Australia. She has also played a key role in the launch and development processes of several software programs that are currently in use by thousands of practices worldwide. In her previous position as Director of Client Services for Real Patient Ratings, April sold and serviced one of the largest plastic surgery ratings and reviews platforms. She consulted with surgeons and med spas using patient satisfaction data on how to manage and monitor their sales process to drive satisfaction, conversions, retention, and referrals, and she is excited to apply her experience and passion for results to the Crystal Clear platform.
Crystal Clear has also added J.A. Tittle, Executive VP of Client Services, who possesses over 14 years of measurable experience implementing business growth strategies in operation management, corporate education and compliance, and other B2B consulting services. J. A. oversees Crystal Clear’s talented team of content writers, graphic designers, front-end developers, SEO and software systems adoption, ensuring successful delivery for almost 400 clients worldwide.
